Okay, this is an odd question, I know.... but I have my lone fig in my LR in front of a south window, waiting for winter to permanently go away. It has 5-6 leaves on each growing tip now (started leafing out in the basement in February!). The past 2 weeks I have been noticing an intermittently strong smell a lot like cat urine -- and seeming to smell it in different areas -- after crawling over the rug (one I bought secondhand) and not detecting a source there, I stood up next to the fig and brushed a leaf -- seemed like that was the origin!

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I on the wrong track?
