My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the material on the walls, and what is the maintenance like for it?

    The floor and walls are porcelain. The stone is from Island Stone from their V-Tile series. Porcelain is easy to keep, use a mild soap and water. As for the stone, a mild stone cleaner or just water. It's limestone so I would stay away from anything petroleum based.
