Please identify this shrub

It is from my old home.

Grow very slow, 1' high - 2' wide max. Yellow in full sun, while green without and in winter.

Could not find any where in local stores for my new home.

Please help!

Thank You!

Boxleaf Euonymus (Euonymus japonicus microphyllus) would be my guess. Possibly a cultivar called 'Butterscotch.'

Where are you located?

They probably grow too slowly for the Big Box stores to carry them. You can find them mail order. But I'll bet you can also find them at a good nursery in Charlotte.

A Small Box-leaf store would seem more appropriate

The alternative to warehouse stores is independent garden centers. In my area there is a huge difference in selection between the two categories.
