La Cornue 120 range

We just bought a home that has a 2007 La Cornue 120 range. I have no idea how to use it and would like to be directed to tutorials. I looked on YouTube but nothing really addressed my basic questions. Thoughts?

At the La Cornue website, they have literature/manuals you can download. Can you share a picture of your range? And I agree with you, mama goose --- yummy!

Hi Pam! I would encourage you to search YouTube for the Purcell Murray (distributor for LC) videos on La Cornue. I would pay special attention to any featuring their in-house chef, Larissa. She was very helpful to me when I was researching ranges and she is very knowledgeable about their lines. Enjoy!
