My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I tracked it down after I posted my question. Benjamin Moore cumulus cotton and its fabulous, especially for porch ceiling

      The reason for the blue ceiling is to ward off spirits called Haints. This is a Gullah tradition in coastal southern areas.
