I'm sure it's still Rosario, another great mislabel as these aren't available any more!! From year to year the colors can change a little. due to this and that. Both years your flowers are beautiful!!

I'd put papilio on one flower and the rest is up to you. Adding a little pink and an extreme cybister shape to papilio should produce beautiful flowers if it takes. Mine hasn't bloomed yet this year but it's healthy so I look forward to it!

What a beautiful color and shape she has :-))) I agree with Donna, papilio would definitely help "tame" the wild looking Cybister and maybe produce a very pretty pink papilio? Evergreen or Green Magic would be beautiful too. I can imagine a Yumi Mitai like flower or some other exotic green flowered hippie :-))))))))

It's beautiful I love that wild look. I would definitely cross it with other cybsters to keep that nice shape. Very nice for a miss labeled, congrats..... And keep us updated on the crossing.

It's funny, all my cybister crosses seem to do the same too, maybe it's something in their genetics? Oh and by the way, I usually pop them open too. It gives me the sense that I'm helping them open up, even though they don't need or want it :-)))

Now and then they seem to get stuck don't they..and a little helping hand helps the process along! But I always love to catch a picture when in this balloon shape.. so appealing I think!

Ok, I pollinated all 4 flowers now, lets see, what takes. Papilio, Emerald, a yellow no ID (it has these nice purple stems too, and I love yellows) and my white no ID (to have the blank canvas...) were the winners. I'll keep you posted.

OOh I'll be keeping a close watch on these, especially the papilio mainly because I have pollen this year and if mine decides to bloom that's what she's getting first!!

For some reason neither my Quitos or Rosarios have got the message to wake up!!
