Reconfiguring ground floor layout

Can anyone help with some ideas for reconfiguring the ground floor? Although a large house the current layout just doesn't make the most of the space or work for family life.

Used to be a door between dining area and living room which has been blocked in. Long narrow corridor into small study, funny angles to downstairs toilet and no utility. Funny angled wall in kitchen too where door used to be.

Ideally we would like a utility, playroom, living room and kitchen diner with maybe space for snug area. Kitchen doesn't need to be as big as it is in terms of unit space etc.

Really struggling to see how we could get all of this. Considering putting an extension on the back to match the line of the kitchen but can't work out how rooms could be configured.

Does anyone have any thoughts or advice- would really appreciate it as we are clueless! Thank you
