You definitely need new wall and cabinet colors since there is too much orange going on. For the cabinets, I would go with off white because I think pure white would be too stark against that beautiful brick on the fireplace. It looks like there are cream colored bricks in the fireplace. If you do not want off white or cream, black would also look great. I would paint the walls a light neutral, especially if you decide you want black cabinets. Besides the fireplace, what else will be in the room? Are you planning to put a rug down? The reason I ask is that will help to decide what color to put on the walls.

Thank you Bev! I was thinking off white for the cabinets and beige for the walls, but wanted a second opinion to make sure the contrast would not be too much against the brick. I have a rug that has mix of blues, brown/beige.

Beige will work for the walls and it will look great with the flooring, rug, and brick! You are very welcome!

I would paint the cabinets, shelves and your crown molding in a high gloss white. paint the bottom portion of the mantel white as well, but leaving the top wood if it matches your floors.

Are you tackling this as a DIY project? If you are, it will be a daunting project. The finish on all that wood will have to be sanded down, a primer applied and then probably 2 finish coats. Then again, you may be hiring this out. In that case ignore the above.

One possibility may be to wallpaper the backs of the shelves. Easy to do, and it would reduce the amount of wood. You could pick something that works with the other colors in your room. Here's an example.

This is close to the color of your crown. Now you need some contrast with the walls.

I actually started painting the top edge in Sherwin Williams Bungalow Beige, which you may be able to see in the photo (just one quick pass to see what it would look like). Also, the right side crown is Benjamin Moore White Dove...haven't gotten to the left side yet.
