Soil Mix for Figs & Persimmon

I will be getting Celeste and Chicago Cold Hardy Figs. Tam Kam Persimmon, Jiro persimmon and a Hachiya.

I would like to go all Organic with it. I wanted to do (did not cook myself) Compost x Native Soil x Some form of Aeration.

The Native Soil is 5.8 in PH High in zinc and manganese and hold barely optimum levels of P. It is Clay and has been severely weathered. Zone 7B Virginia. The compost No Knowledge of the Nutrient Contents, It looks great.

For appearances I may use Bark Mulch or more Compost on top. Do any of you experts feel this will be a good mix for my persimmons and Figs? For fertilizer I could top with a bag of worm castings or use epsoma liquid fish fertilizer 2-2-2
