You don't want to keep it too moist and in fact, most bulb loss is due to rot. Dig it up...let it dry out for a few days. Make sure that the pot has good drainage and that the soil is well-draining too (add some coarse sand if needed).

What do the roots look like now? Lots of strong white roots, or more likely, brown limp icky roots.

There is an FAQ at the top of this forum and since you have many more bulbs, give it s quick read!! If the other bulbs are doing great, this one just may have issues going on either with roots or inside the bulb.

The roots are nice and white. The bulb is solid no discoloration no signs of any rot. I refreshed the soil and added some sand already. I will definitely read the FAQS and any other comments or info is always appreciated! Thanks kaboehm!

If the roots are nice and white, the basal plate (where the roots connect to the bulb) is not red or mushy, or you don't find a place where NBF could have penetrated the bulb, then (without looking at it) it would seem that your bulb is healthy. So, if your plant is healthy then the dropping of leaves could signal dormancy (for whatever reason) and I would follow Kristi's advice and back off watering and fertilizing until your bulb starts to show signs of growth and then slowly start to water. You can also, every week or so during this period, tug slightly on the bulb to make sure that the roots haven't rotted. - J
