Hi,

Last fall I trimmed the top of the shrubs growing on my front yard (in Los Angeles). This spring all except one are growing. Most of the branches on this one are not producing growth or new leaves, and there is no upward growth at the top. Yet remaining leaves are green/yellow since winter and don't fade away. At the bottom of this shrub there is some new branch formation. (please see pics). Is there anything I can do to resurrect the growth in this shrub, any advice is appreciated. I have not noticed any bugs on the leaves/branches.
