I should mention in its original pot, the one on the right was like a bobble head. It's like the neck is way too skinny to support the head. It seems like it needs to be potted lower, meaning the dirt needs to be higher than the crown for it to be steady. The pups will probably be totally covered. I'm sure they'll continue growing though.

That looks great! Just repot with the soil at the same level as it was before.
