Last weekend at my Quilt Guild Meeting, the Scrap Table had these scraps of black & white silk. I found I couldn't resist them, brought them home & just slapped them on the wall to see what I had.

Pls. pardon that these pix are a bit dark, but look how gorgeous these silks are, I think I'm smitten.

I'm thinking maybe back these w/ fusible & then do some raw edge applique?

But they're sooooo pretty. I'm so tempted to try this, yet realize it's like to be hell to do given how slippery these fabrics are.
