Yes it's plausible. Reasonable? How handy are the both of you? lol. Bryce is right, Reasonable is relative. Theres a lot of construction work (moving doors windows, etc), concrete, upgraded windows, front door, new siding and possible roof work. Can you guys do any of this yourselves? I'm going to throw a ballpark of 20-ish out there. Labor varies from region to region.

I just didn't want to bring a photo of what our thoughts are to a pro and it be something that is an entire over haul.
I felt this was a fairly reasonable request for what we are starting out with.
But, I came on here to ask a prof for opinions.

I like your ideas! And the are doable but I wonder if the foundation would carry the weight of the roof. Definitely get a pro!
