Warm weather is here, time to get out the grill, whats cooking?

My favourite thing to do once the warm weather is here! Tonights dinner is pepper garlic chicken on the charcoal grill using indirect heat. 50 min cook time.

Needed items:
Pepper garlic Chicken (Costo)
Charcoal Grill
Foil pan
Pizza stone

Chicken comes 5 pieces in a foil pan. I take out 2 and put them in a second pan or freeze for later use. Heat the grill to 300° F. Slide the pizza stone in on to the stone tabs (4-3" Below grill) Place chicken in pan onto the grill. Turn chicken every 10 min.
