My large kitchen has cherry cabinets with Uba Tuba (spelling?) granite.... including a built in desk also cherry....I want to make the desk look more like furniture and less like kitchen cabinets with a writing area. My kitchen is large and it just seems like too many doors. Additionally, I was thinking of painting the large cherry (again!) island to break up ALL THIS CHERRY! Any suggestions, pictures.....thanks for your inspirations.
