My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen Lighting Design Help

Attached are two possibilities I put together for my new kitchen lighting layout. I am worried that "A" is overkill so I added 'B" also. Clearly I am not a lighting designer so any advice is appreciated. I will have under cabinet lighting and plan to use 10W, 700 lumen, 2700k LED 5/6" lights. For perspective the cooktop hood, sink and island with built in oven below are each 30" wide.
