Lovely orchid but has other type(s) of orchid apart from Oncidium in the ancestry.

So without a name tag all the id you can say it is an Oncidium Intergeneric name unknown, not that matters all that much.

I agree, you need to provide more info about where you are growing and how you plan to grow this plant.

One more. Ten days can be too long. To give you proper watering advise we need to know more about environment. What is temperature, humidity, light level, etc.?

I live in Montana. The plant will live inside humidity at 40%. The house stays at 70 F right now. Never below 60 in winter. I provide supplemental lighting. Plant light 10-12 hours a day. Thank you for the info Northern Orchid.

40% is OK. Light is OK. Just do not let roots dry out completely! That's it. And fertilize when new growth will show up.
