Any of the shades are fine as long as you add curtains/drapes to soften them.

Of the options you listed, I think faux wood blinds are your best bet. I don't like the honeycomb option. What about roman shades rather than roller shades?

I think the horizontal shape of your window over the bed is tricky. I'd do floor to ceiling drapes there (to serve as a headboard look) if it's OK for them to remain closed most or all of the time. The other window could have a different treatment (like a roman shade), in the same fabric as the drapes.

And master bedrooms generally are made more cozy with fabric window treatments. Perhaps black out curtains are an option for your consideration also.

Just read Ann's posting now - I like the idea of hanging full length curtains behind the bed to act as headboard focal point wall - those windows are awkward there.
