Brown Blobs on Apple Soil

I found brown dirt(?) and brown liquid blobs this morning on the soil of my potted young Apple Tree. My other apple tree doesn't have it or the 10 other potted plants nearby. The other half of the pot which the tree leans over is still normal soil.
Does anyone know what is it? Thanks.
