So you grafted a triple red to your tree, Was this seed grown? The caudex seems small I know it is not old. It will be interesting to see how the knot grows as it gets older. I would think it might get cracks in it.

I bought the tripple red. I will post the flower later. The one with the knot was seed grown. I don't think it will cracks.
