Very Pretty!! I had to look up Shiroi Harukaze, I had forgotten it was that pinwheel white one! Maybe the edges will curl more as it matures but it looks like Bogota basically won the gene pool on this one. So great that you got 4 flowers too!!!

I just saw the second one and Wow!! This is a very unique color and interesting shape and looks like it's about to take off into flight. This one shows the influence of the pollen parent for sure. How many flowers, I can't really tell and how long did it take for these to bloom, not all that long I suspect!!

They all had four flowers and took just under three years to bloom. -J

Yes, it is rather strange, that's for sure. Apparently, in the pedigree of the Japanese variety it was something of species.

Since Shiroi Harukaze white but with red stripes on the outside, then he has anthocyanin inhibitors. Therefore, the cross with a red Bogotá gave heterozygous hybrid, whose red color is weakened.
