I've never seen this in an internet search, so I'll just ask: around 1 am or so, when we're sleeping, small tremors shake our bed. We're in an upstairs condo unit in an HOA, and new young 20ish downstairs neighbors moved in about a week ago. The tremors match the cadence of a person stomping around. Is it possible for a normal-size person about 6'2" to cause our upstairs bed to shake by just walking around on carpeted floors downstairs? We've already had to complain about doors slamming incessantly, and now that that's stopped, there's this. (We've two white noise machines and 33dB earplugs, for the record)
