My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, What color floor stain did you use here and is it Douglas Fir?

    its was a light walnut stain base stain with multiple coats of clear satin on top. (flooring was douglas fir)

    Hi, I don't see any wall outlets in the kitchen, did you guys hide them somewhere?

    They are there, but only one GFI is visible. (at intersection of base cabinets at drawer level), others are located similarly as well as in the splash, but these are hidden by range and or beyond view of camera.
