Okay, so let me start by saying this will be my husband & my first attempt at creating a vegetable garden. However, every time it rains, the whole area floods the garden bed. We have tried everything we can think of! My husband even installed a new gutter system, filled in some cracks with cement to prevent the neighbors rain fall from flooding our garden even more.. I need some advice on what I can do to prevent this flooding from happening. Here are some photos.. If anyone has any ideas please share with me!
