Using products to prevent issues?

Hello, I'm not particularly new to gardening however I am wondering what products are out there that can be used in a preventative manner. I'm Zone 5b, Indianapolis and my growing season has just started. I have vegetable beds, a peach tree, peonies and roses. I don't have any problems at the moment and aside from Bayer's Rose and Flower Care (avoid the 3 in 1), most everything else says to wait until I see actual issues or damage before applying anything. What products might you recommend as preventative measures for my peach tree or veggies? The veggie beds currently have marigold borders and the peach tree has marigolds and nasturtiums. All advice is welcome and very appreciated. Thank you.
