My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    laure keep in mind Engineered wood flooring is still real wood flooring on top for the wear layer. Many Engineered Planks can also be refinished again in the future just like Solid Plank flooring. :-) Most planks like those are in fact Engineered for stability with the wide plank.
