I can't really capture it in a photo.

All of my other plants are fine, it is only affecting the new Chef's Choice I am growing. Should I be concerned? The lower leaves on this same plant also rolled and wilted and I chalked it up to root damage during transplant. (The damaged leaf in the background was mechanical injury.) The last photo was of a damaged leaf branch I cut off.
