Hi,

I am relocating and I just signed the lease for a new property. I love the area and the condo and I felt in love with the apartment for it's unique disposition and new, fresh and crisp look.

But, because it is so particular I have some problems to furnish it. The biggest challenge is that I would like to use the living as living and dining, where to entertain friends for dinner (while the actual dining would be used when we are just my husband and I) but the right side of the room is very irregular and the TV hook ups are above the fireplace or on the next wall to the right.

Where should I create the corner with TV and sofa and where can I put the industrial style dining table?

Do you have any good idea to make this room functional and a focal point of the house?

Please help, any good advice is needed, I am going to move there by the end of the week and this is a big dilemma....
