My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Peach1abe,

the Settee is from Bernhardt Interiors

    ,it is the Beckett Loveseat 59" Wx 36"D x 33" H

available in Fabric N8815 or Leather N8815L

I don't know where you live, but there should be someone near you that carries this brand. Bernhardt Interiors has one grade of fabric 200 choices,

leather i think about 15 or so choices.

    Good luck with your project.
