As with most any variety of tomato, 6-8 hours of full sun is recommended for best results. If you can't provide that much then get them as much exposure as you possibly can. If the containers can be moved as the sun does that will help.

Sure , more sun (full sun) is ideal. But you can do it with less. I am growing with about 5 hours of direct sun. But don't forget the indirect and defused light and long hours of day.

Ahh, that is a whole other discussion and a very controversial one. So your best bet it to just type 'pruning' into the search bar here and read all the previous debates and discussions. You can also check out the FAQ here on the topic.

All I'll say is that it sure isn't required for any reason and I don't do it.

To prune or not to prune FAQ

There are various levels of pruning.

The simplest and primary
one is just keeping the plant tidy and improving air flow both Under the
plant and thru it. You do this by just pruning some of the LEAF
BRANCHES ( compound leaves). The leaves that are getting yellow or are
stuck inside a thick plant (in shade) are not going to make
significant contribution but will continue to draw energy from the
plant, more than they contribute.

The next level of pruning
concerns the lateral branches. This is an option based on your growing
method, support , spacing and whether or not the plant in question is
indet or det. With determinate you want to keep as many laterals as
possible.. Since they will be the ones to fruit later when the older
branches reach their dead end. JMO
