My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wish I could be installing these LED fixtures at home! Sure would do the trick. A couple fun photos of interesting lights I was working with today that I could never afford for myself. =)

Here's the first one with 15,000 lumen output with three redundant drivers and explosion proof aluminum enclosure:

Second one with 16,900 lumen output, weighs around 15lbs:

This one is designed to replace T5HO fixtures, except double the output+efficiency:

And a last one that's a HPS/Metal Halide retrofit with 7,400 lumens:

The photometric data on all of these was very impressive. I didn't get to check the light spectrum, but the quality/durability is incredible.
