TMV or just some spot blight on tomatoes?

hi, I planted a bunch of tomatoes a couple months ago. overall they are healthy but some have developed weird lighter colored spots, and some outside have actually brown specks. I think the latter are some kind of spot blight, so I will try to treat them with green cure (highly recommended organic fungicide, works wonders!) Im actually a pretty knowledgeable gardener and have a wescotts plant disease handbook Ill refer to, so I doubt anyone has a definitive answer here, but its worth a shot.

Im just hoping this isnt TMV because I have an idiotic smoker who smokes raw rolled tobacco and denies that they could spread TMV, because hes in denial about how TMV works and spreads - how frustrating, even when presented with straight facts that smokers are the most common way of mechanical transmission of TMV, he refused to accept fact. Now, the brown spots are different from the mottled discoloration, and happened to plants that I put outside, to harden off under the sun. The inside ones have the mottled look.

Weird yellow speckles / discoloration.

Brown spots, probably black spot or blight.
