You can install either u-shaped shelving or keep it just to the back wall with a straight run. I personally prefer the straight run as you will have more design options.

If you choose the one wall option, You can keep it to just adjustable shelves if you don't want anything complicated. Or you can add multiple pullouts and divide the space into different sections and sizes to get more out of it and to better organize your items. Like this:
