My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Took a few quick shots before it started to rain.

Shelia's perfume. Two bush's planted fairly close together.
A single bloom of Charisma. Usually I get sprays of 3 or 4 blooms together. There are a BUNCH on the bush that should bloom some time later this coming week.
I also have a bunch of roses that bloomed this week that got hurt real bad from a quick freeze we had early in April. But those are on another post.
