For our new build we ordered a VanEE 100H Bronze Series air exchanger. Recently VanEE announced a new Gold Series which is $600US more.

Is anyone familiar with this companies systems and, if yes, is it worth it to upgrade for the improved hot air recovery and lower operating cost.

We are building in Eastern Canada so we see low temperatures. The house is 2200 sq ft and will be heated with two mini splits with in slab electric as the secondary system.
