That's the color i liked as well. But the house will be built like the 1st picture. You still like the 3rd pic color?

Yes, but I'd be careful with the blue on the shutters. There's only one exterior window on the third pic so it's a nice pop of color, but if you have three windows with those bright blue shutters it might be a bit much. Blue would be great but I'd go with a shade that's less saturated.

Try a more neutral base tone with color accents.

I do not like non functioning shutters.

Builders use them for cheap decoration.
Shutters chop up your home's elevation.

Light gray with red accents would be great as well. I think of it as more of a Northeast color palette but the home itself is pretty traditional looking so it would work.

Instead of "new", why not go for timeless?

"New" often merely dates the house.

Timeless would be grey with white, black, or dark grey trim.
