Every thing sort of looks tiny ...compared to the huge walkway...it overwhelms the landscaping and dominates the curb appeal...if there is a way to overcome this ...will it work with the craftsman concept?..

landscapers dream. This property and home are luxurious in terms of size and
scale without being ostentatious in nature…

Given the design of this property, height
of planting material ought to be the first thing considered. The linear span from
side to side on this home ought to be accentuated or drawn on when laying out
garden beds or landscape augmentation of any kind for that matter. We would
place emphasis on using plant material that makes the home seem or appear to be
taller than it actually is. Therefore shorter shrubbery or dwarfed uprights

As currently configured, using trees to

characteristics. This is a lush full plant that offers colors of silver – green
and burgundy which would look wonderful against the backdrop of your neutral
color home.

Whenever I think of making a home like this a little more striking...I think of the work of Frank Lloyd Wright...he was a master of simple design made exciting with trim details and lines that made his houses ...unique ...sleek...simple ...and spectacular..
Maybe a little research in that direction will give you some ideas..know there are some excellent books on his work...

Many times it is something as simple as adding some strong horizontal lines..or a repetitive row of identical Windows...
