Is there a decorating "rule" for hanging ceiling fans and chandeliers in the same room? EX. ceiling drop height the same, size of room, etc?

Hello! There is no set 'rule' for combining the two as many factors need to be taken into consideration, including room size, ceiling height, and size of fixtures to name just a few
