I love this kitchen! And I’ve ordered “the Liz island legs” from Glacier......I’m also building on Lake Mtka . Question: I have a north facing, all window exposure to the lake from the great room and kitchen. Cabinets and trim will all be enameled white...and possibly ceiling trim (if we go that route). Which white?! Flooring throughout house will be 2” oak, stained light to medium walnut tone, kitchen counters will be soapstone, island a white, bluish grey marble. Very little wall color in the great room due to windows, cabinetry, FP, etc.
Stumped on the right white to NOT go too icy/cold for the North exposure, or too yellow for my cooler tone counters and preferences in colors (blues, greens, warm Taupes like Edgecomb Grey). Which white?! And what color for the ceiling?!

It's difficult to give advice without seeing the location and lighting. Two of my favorite warm whites are Benjamin Moore Linen and a new one that is part of the Benjamin Moore Williamsburg collection called Capitol White, which is a little brighter and cleaner than Linen. Maybe BM Simply White on the ceiling but again it's hard to tell without being there and looking at the samples together.

Thanks, Liz! I’ve lived with Linen white...it’s far too yellow /creamy for my taste, and seems to get even creamier and more yellow with each passing year. I’ll check into Capitol. Was this kitchen North facing? I see it is Simply white....it’s just beautiful!

The kitchen is facing west. Capitol is a bit warmer than Simply White so you may like it. It's still a very clean color and was used on my Rosemary Woods kitchen. But it's difficult to see the nuance of color in a photograph. That kitchen is East to southeast facing.

Are the cabinets made on site or ordered and installed

They are custom cabinets made at the cabinet makers business. I haven't heard of making cabinets on site.
