Don't know how your cuttings are doing, but mine took longer than 3 weeks to root in well.

I didn't use rooting hormone because figs generally are easy to root. The hormone can interfere with rooting on "easy" cuttings.

I used straight potting mix, a local brand which is well drained, in part because of the pumice in it.

Hi Carmine, I have found more success with cuttings when I create some type of greenhouse effect for them. Keeps them moist, and protects from the cold.

The soil does not matter much in my experience, I have plum cuttings in horrible clay soil and they rooted, peach in cactus soil rooted, mulberry in horrible clay soil rooted. I would not disturb them now but maybe add a bag greenhouse if you can.
