Just had a simple frameless shower enclosure installed and the gap between the door and the fixed panel is larger at the top by 1/16" (bottom gap is 1/16" and top is 1/8"). I know it's not much of a difference but it is twice as big. The installer said this is standard to allow for settling, but I think it does not look good. Is this standard? Also, where the fixed panel is attached to the wall the gap is larger at the top than the bottom by 3/16" (bottom gap is 3/16" and top gap is 3/8"). Not only is it noticeable, but the thicker silicone at the top looks ugly. Even if my shower is not square since they came out to take measurements they should have adjusted for this right?
