My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Lisa and thank you for your question! The flooring in this project
    is 4" White Oak, rift and quartered, in custom stain blend of
    chocolate and ebony, with a satin finish. Remember, it is always best to obtain samples to ensure you find the perfect match for your space. Best of luck with your project.
