I found a builder who built a beautiful home on a nice size plot of land, something that was on top of my list. However, the builder is not loading up on state home builder registration. They registered about three years ago, two weeks after the tornado.

If I go with them, what would be best course of action to request such as a warranty, something in writing, or avoid at all costs?
