It depends on whether or not you can create a protected temperature controlled environment for them now or not. Otherwise, no not now. You are much further south, closer to the equator, on about the same latitude as central Mexico so your main tomato growing season, temperature wise, is going to be from approx. Sept/Oct through February/March.

How long is it that hot?. Is your plant inside or did you plant it in the yard? If it is inside, just keep it growing. Outside? Water it a lot and don't expect it to get going until it cools down. Get it a few hours of shade a day.

End of June is probably the right time to start your tomatoes that you can grow in the fall after it is cooler. You'll have to experiment what works best for you. Try to time it so your plants are blooming when your highs are 95f or below and your lows are above 55f. Make sure you keep track of what does best & when, you'll see patterns and figure out what you should do.
