    I'm 5'1 and I have a stackable washer and dryer. I use a small step stool for the dryer. It's a great space saver. If not, use your significant other to do it.

    I'm also 5'1 & debating stacking ours so we can add a pantry. i can barely reach the controls if we stack but may need step stool.
