Should I buy this chaise for bedroom?

Quick question this time... Should I buy this white chaise for the corner of my bedroom? I think I would want it to go in the corner where the black vase currently stands.

My only hesitation are the dimensions. It is 40" x 80" --- which would put it almost flush against the mirrored nightstand. The white chaise is approximately the same size as the red futon that is currently in the room.

I don't intend this to turn into a long thread as I have another one already going about the overall redesign of my bedroom. Just looking for some quick advice. Thanks!
