If it is only another week then I'd just let them be and plan on either digging extra deep holes or trench planting them.

If longer then the only other option is to transplant them into deeper containers and bury most of the stem but without more light they will just get leggy again within a week.

Don't worry, just plant them nice and deep so that much of the stem is buried. You could also use the trench method where you lay the plant on its side so that just the tufts of leaves are showing. Don't forget to harden them off first if you plan to grow them all outside :-)

IME most plants need at least a week but it all depends on how much difference there is between your inside and outside environments. The bigger the differences in sun exposure, wind, air temps, etc. the longer they require to adjust.
