Have planted many of them and love the color. Is really bright most of the season. Have noticed a few with just a touch of powdery mildew on them so watch your plant as it grows. If you have some room you would like Amber Jubilee Ninebark as well- a great mix of orange/yellow in spring and then taking on more and more purple-red tones as fall approaches.

Thanks for the reply 'Select'. The spot pictured above used to have a "traditional" Ninebark and I had to trim it throughout the year to keep it in this space! I chose LC as it was advertised as being more compact (but probably will be still too big for this location :( ).
