Suggestions for New front landscape?

We tore out all the overgrown and neglected landscaping and want to curve out the left side of the beds.


We want a full or rounded or flowering (bonus) on the left corner. Block the view of neighbor's yard. So no tree. Any suggestions?


We we ant to put some shrubs of varying colors in the rest of the front beds. Is a dwarf burning bush too big at maturity? Would hydrangeas work here? I will accent with annuals.

left bed area is about 4' wide x14' long. A few feet longer to the property line. The right bed is 4' wide x 10' long.
